Join us as we hear from Georgia Boyce­ and Elizabeth Reinehr, Senior Government Lawyers in the Active Creditor team of the FEG Recovery Program, Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to hear about Active Creditor’s involvement in voluntary administrations, their review of reports to creditors and attendance at meetings and the type of Court applications/issues that FEG engage with. The presenters will also provide some brief insights into FEG’s Recovery Funding team and the recalibration of FEG Recovery Program to pursue actions to recover outstanding SGC. The presentation will be held in person at Christie Spaces, Level 10, 454 Collins St, Melbourne Lunch and refreshments will be provided, and networking will commence at 12:30pm with the presentation commencing at 1:00pm sharp and concluding, following questions, at 2:00pm. WIRV members can attend the briefing for free. Tickets for non-members are $88 incl GST.
