Our next lunchtime briefing is to be held on Wednesday, 26 March 2025. Principal David Coyne of BRI Ferrier and Graeme Scott, Partner, and Alice Rudaya, Senior Associate, of Hunt & Hunt Lawyers, will discuss a recent application they made under section 444GA to effect a transfer of shares under a Voluntary Administration/Deed of Company Arrangement.
